Stress in the Workplace

Stress is the wear and tear on your body. While we all experience stress, we can learn to manage it so it will not cause serious health issues. We must build some protective factors into our live such as proper sleep, healthy eating, exercise, meditation, yoga especially learning the art of control breathing.
