Our organization is based on the belief that community needs are of the utmost importance, and we are committed to meeting those needs. We provide a host of social and educational programs that benefit the lives of children, youth, families and senior citizens in Pitt County and the surrounding communities.
Our founder, Minerva D. Freeman, has over 35 years of experience in human services and corporate environments. She has assembled an energetic and competent team of diverse backgrounds to provide specialized programs.
